FAQs

  • For optimal results, we typically suggest undergoing 20-30 sessions or more. While some individuals may need additional training, it's common to begin noticing enhancements as early as within the first 5-8 sessions.

  • You can expect fast, long lasting results in the areas that matter most to improving your performance. Some common improvements include:

  • For best results, we recommend completing a minimum of 2 sessions per week, but more is better.

    You can complete up to 3 training sessions per day, but you must wait one hour between sessions.

  • Sessions take about one hour, including connecting yourself to the program. Because we offer remote neurofeedback sessions you can do them on your own time whenever is convenient for you!
